Jakarta Vice Governor Rano Karno kicked off the Festival Jakarta Kita at Cibis Park, Cilandak Timur, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/25).

Rano admitted that the spirit of collaboration is a strong foundation to develop Jakarta's future, emphasizing the importance of public support to ensure government programs run optimally.
"Alhamdulillah, Jakarta's anniversary continues to be celebrated by the people and that's what keeps us motivated," he expressed.
According to him, the series of the Jakarta's 498th anniversary event is part of a learning process in organizing future large-scale events in the future. Including Indonesia's Independence Day in august and Jakarta's 500th anniversary in 2027.
"We've learning and preparing for Jakarta's 500th anniversary. This is our training," he conveyed.
PT Bumhyaca Sekawan President Director, Ahmad Umar, stated that the initiative reflects a real collaboration with South Jakarta Govenrment to enliven Jakarta's 498th anniversary.
He believes this collaboration generate a positive energy to build more inclusive city and unite the government with various stakeholders.
